Ella writes journalism, screenplays, and books. Most recently, she wrote in a Writers’ Room for an epic fantasy television show. She’s had writing published in The New York Times, The Baffler, T Magazine, New York Magazine, The New Yorker, Prior, TIME, The Wall Street Journal, Man Repeller, Bon Appétit, Saveur, The Los Angeles Times, TASTE, and across many group chats.
Her first book, OBSESSED WITH THE BEST, a cookbook and book of reported essays, will be published in February 2026.
